About
Designer, innovator, and cultural navigator.
I am a designer, innovator, and cultural navigator. My specialty is leading teams through complex, transformational innovation projects. I enjoy sharing my knowledge of design & innovation with clients and always strive to foster a stimulating creative atmosphere where teams can thrive.
I have had success with long-term implementation projects at multiple Fortune 100 companies, spanning steel to consumer goods. I joined Infosys in 2017 and have led engagements for some of the world’s most iconic brands. Since 2021, I have led design and innovation for our client United Airlines, directing a team of designers, researchers, and strategists across the airline’s employee- and customer-facing experiences. I am also proud of my five years in Seoul, working with Korea’s leading telecom companies.
“By sharing my experiences, I hope to inspire others to follow their passions and trust their instincts. For me, my passions are my children and the relationships that surround our lives.”
My understanding of innovation is grounded in the seminal work of Clay Christensen, Gary Hamel, and Larry Keeley. I have had the privilege of working directly with Gary Hamel at Strategos, and of learning Larry Keeley’s Ten Types approach both as a student at the Institute of Design and as a colleague at Doblin.
Empathy forms the basis of all my work. Whatever the business context, I always strive to design for genuine human needs… and I am always seeking new ways to uncover and understand the complex needs of the people I serve. I bring a rare pairing to the room: the design-methods rigor of a Master of Design from IIT’s Institute of Design, and the business fluency of a finance degree, so that design decisions connect to the things a business actually measures.
The best collaborations, like the best improv, begin with “Yes, and…”…building on what each person brings. If that is how you like to work, I would love to hear from you.
